Below are some questions and answers which we hope you may find useful.
| Q | Can I upgrade my "Trade" account at a later date? |
| A | Yes. If you wish to upgrade to an account with greater storage, bandwidth or other features then you can do so, and revised charges will commence on the date that the revised account commences.

| Q | I know someone who can do it for me, why should I pay? |
| A | Here's an interesting thing.... "Everyone (who has passed their test) can drive a car". True? Even if it were, could they drive a high performance car? The fact is that we all know people who are good at something and those who are, frankly, dire. The bad ones often think themselves good - maybe even the best there is! With driving it may be obvious - or maybe not until it is too late. With web pages it may ONLY BE OBVIOUS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, who will go somewhere else, or under certain conditions.
The good web designer will take many things into account and avoid the pitfalls. Sorry, but it is most unlikely that your young nephew or niece can build your site to a professional standard.

| Q | Pitfalls? What pitfalls? |
| A | You will appreciate that this is not a web tutorial and by purchasing your site through us you will get a robust functional site which customers will enjoy using. Do it on the cheap and beware! (All reputable web designers will tell you this because, well, it's true!)

| Q | There are plenty of free sites available - why should I pay? |
| A | Free sites are fine (maybe) for personal sites but have to make money somehow. This is usually done by the use of adverts on your site which do nothing for your business and can irritate your customers. Suport is also generally on a DIY basis, too, with these sites. If you wish to project a professional Internet image and have real support (and not a call centre in India, either!), a professional site from Telford Web Design and Training is the answer.

| Q | What can I do on the "Trade" Account? |
| A | This site uses the "Trade" account features. You can have a limited number of static pages (similar to these) which are there to provide your customers with information about what it is you do and show sample pictures. The "Trade" account will not, say, support a shopping trolley or secure ordering, these being available on a more extended package. At this time, we are defining the packages so, if you have a suggestion, we will listen to you. An example of an extended package would be www.candles4all.com , which has a shopping cart and payment features configured.

| Q | How can I pay for my site? |
| A | Payment can be made by single cheque to us. Obviously we have costs and time to cover so there is a minimum contract for one year although we suggest that a minimum of two years is purchased for the domain name that you choose.

| Q | I don't want to have to come to you to make minor content adjustments as I am able to do these myself. Can I do my own modifications? |
| A | If you have the tools, like FrontPage or Dreamweaver, to modify your own pages you are welcome to make changes yourself. We will supply you with the http and ftp addresses that you will upload to. See below for possible instances.

| Q | I made an alteration to my site and it is not working correctly. What can I do? |
| A | This has not happened to us yet but it appears to be a possibility, so let's cover it now! The first thing is to return the site to it's former configuration. If that works, then review the modifications you made and try again. If not, then record any error messages and let us know. Like any other service provider, we will try to help you resolve any problems but, if these are not of our making, we reserve the right to charge for our time. You can help by ensuring that you understand fully your web-page editor and bandwidth/storage limitations of the package you have purchased from us. In the unlikely event that your modification affects our servers and other sites' performance, then we may have to temporarily suspend your site whilst the problem is resolved. This may sound scary, but it's not - if you take care you should not hit too many problems at all. |

| A | We offer e-mail support on a normal working day basis. Phone support is optionally available. |
